Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director and Founder at Bukomero Children's Comfort Service Centre located in Wakiso, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director and Founder will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of the organization, developing strategic plans, managing staff and volunteers, building relationships with stakeholders, and fundraising. The Director and Founder will also be involved in program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful organizational management and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
• Knowledge of child welfare and social services
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
• Passion for improving the lives of children and families
