Our client, the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) is an autonomous statutory institution under the Ministry of Education and Sports established under the National Curriculum Development Centre Act Cap 254 (as amended). NCDC is responsible for the development of educational curricula for Pre-primary, Primary, Secondary and some Tertiary institutions in Uganda. Its functions include, inter alia, initiating processes for curricula research, review and reform, updating, testing and coordinating the implementation of educational curricula at all levels of learning. True North is supporting NCDC to recruit an experienced leader to fill the position of Director. Job Purpose: The Director will provide overall leadership and direction in planning and managing the operations and resources of NCDC, in compliance with relevant legislation and the Centre’s Vision.

Reporting Line: The Director shall report to the NCDC Governing Council.
