JOB DETAILS:
Role of the Job:
The role holder will directly promote Yako bank products and services to customers through face-to-face interactions, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets across the Yako bank network.
Key Result Areas:
• Achieve set targets. (Accounts, Personal Loans, Deposits,)
• Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential Customers.
• Attending field activation for potential client sourcing.
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information.
• Ensure client KYC/ documentation is well done for accounts.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints.
• Prepare daily performance reports and business pipelines.
• Grow the personal asset and liability portfolio of the bank to achieve the sales targets.
• Increase product penetration for personal banking clients by cross-selling and proactively recommending new products.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits.
• Onboard new customers on alternate channels.
• Comply with KYC, AML & suspicious transactions reporting and ensure that all documentation and transactions are in line with local and regulatory anti-money laundering and KYC requirements.
Required Competencies
• The applicant for the Direct Sales Representative career opportunity must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field preferably business & Marketing related.
• Credit in mathematics and English at O’ level is a must.
• Relevant working experience (especially in Sales) is an added advantage
