Digital Marketing & Web Performance Specialist

IUEA is looking for a skilled, performance driven marketer to lead our digital growth. If you're passionate about PPC, SEO, Website Optimisation, and Data-Driven Marketing, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run high-performing Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Optimise for lower CPL and higher ROAS
• Build & optimise SEO content and landing pages
• Manage our WordPress site (Elementor) & Core Web Vitals
• Oversee GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
• Improve UX, website speed, and lead-to-enrolment conversions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
• PPC experience (Meta & Google Ads)
• Strong SEO + WordPress/technical skills
• Solid grasp of tracking, analytics, and CRO
• Ability to turn data into results
