Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive Kray Microfinance’s online presence by managing social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, paid advertising, and website management. This role is crucial in increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions through strategic digital campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
Create engaging posts, reels, and videos to drive audience interaction
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.

2. Lead Generation & Paid Ads
Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Track and analyze leads generated from digital campaigns.

3. Content Creation & Branding
Design high-quality social media graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Develop compelling stories around Kray Microfinance’s products and services.

4. Website Management & SEO
Ensure the website is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
Regularly update website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product information.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Track website traffic, user behavior, and lead conversions using Google Analytics and other tools.
Identify and fix website issues to enhance customer experience.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking to measure campaign success.
Report on key metrics such as engagement, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and website management.
Proven track record in lead generation, SEO, and running successful ad campaigns.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing experience are a plus.
Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp is an added advantage.

Soft Skills
Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
