Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Executive (Cosmetics)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing beauty store. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-converting digital campaigns and managing direct sales. You will act as the face of our digital presence while actively identifying new revenue streams to scale our market share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Operations & Leadership
• Store Management: Oversee daily opening/closing, cash handling, and overall shop maintenance while providing world-class customer service.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage loss prevention strategies.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Content Creation: Record and edit high-quality “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM) videos, reels, and product demos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Engagement: Manage the brand’s online community by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to drive digital sales.
• Campaign Management: Launch online-to-offline promotions (e.g., “social media follower” discounts in-store).
• Influencer Coordination: Identify and work with local beauty influencers to expand brand reach in the Ugandan market.
3. Performance & Strategy
• Sales Targets: Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Reporting: Analyze weekly sales data and social media metrics (reach, engagement) to adjust marketing tactics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry
• Beauty Savvy: Deep understanding of current cosmetic trends, skincare ingredients, and consumer behavior
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in TikTok/Instagram content tools and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut/Canva).
o Experience with POS systems and Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs).
• Attributes: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Luganda, creative storytelling ability, and a deep passion for skincare and makeup trends.
