We are inviting passionate and qualified candidates preferably ladies to apply to join our team as a digital marketing Manager.

Role Summary:

As a digital marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and product. Managing Social media campaigns and collaborating with influencers.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Content creation; Develop engaging content, including images, videos, and copywriting for Alllso’s social media platforms.
  • IMC Marketing Planning: Plan and execute intergrade marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PR, and paid advertising, etc.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and publish engaging social media content daily across Instagram, facebook, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Influencer Partnership: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience.
  • Model Participation: Serve as a model for our product photo and video shoots
  • Market research: Conduct ongoing t research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiencepreference
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our product, drive sales and build brand awareness.
  • Campaign management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, monitor budgets and track performance metrics.
  • Campaign optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data identity areas for improvement and optimization performance
  • Assist with various tasks as required

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubs pot, Adobe and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
