The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of digital marketing — from SEO and content strategy to social media and performance tracking — on a part-time, flexible schedule. The role is fully remote and requires 15–20 hours per week, offering excellent flexibility for experienced professionals or consultants seeking dynamic, impactful work.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage social media channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Instagram) and grow follower engagement
- Drive and optimize SEO, email campaigns, and paid media initiatives
- Collaborate with the design/content team to deliver brand-aligned, high-performing campaigns
- Produce performance reports and insights using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Identify trends and opportunities across channels and audiences
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or creative environment
- Strong content and copywriting skills across platforms
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva)
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making and A/B testing
- Self-directed, reliable, and highly organized — thrives in remote work settings
- A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting, iterating, and pushing boundaries
