Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist will spearhead the company’s digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and boost sales. This individual will also handle client interactions to establish and maintain lasting relationships, contributing to the company’s mission of becoming the leading supplier of hydraulic hoses and earthmoving parts in Uganda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media platforms including content creation, posting, and engagement tracking.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the shop or inquiring online.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely supply of high-quality hydraulic equipment and maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, and sales leads.
- Optimize the company’s website and e-commerce platforms for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the auto parts or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
