Job Summary:
Innovative marketers who craft data-driven campaigns across social media, SEO, and email to enhance brand visibility, lead generation and conversion for real estate brokerage, property management, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop campaigns; manage and grow online communities; and engage potential clients and investors on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships and analyze performance via Google Analytics.
• Optimize real estate listings for online platforms and ensure high visibility through digital channels.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for targeted advertising and predictive analytics in marketing strategies.
• Implement lead-nurturing automation systems to convert online inquiries into sales.
• Analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and refine marketing
• strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from online engagement to deal closure.
• Create virtual tours, drone videos, and interactive content.
• Manage online reputation and automate workflows with HubSpot/Mailchimp. Skills &
Qualifications:
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and CMS platforms.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Experience in real estate marketing and PropTech tools.
• Strong content strategy and campaign execution skills.
• Proficiency in video marketing, virtual property tours, and online engagement tools.
• Knowledge of real estate buyer personas and geotargeting.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
• Remote working and digital communication skills including social media and email campaigning.
• Data Analytics and relationship-building skills.
• Diploma in Marketing, or Digital Media.
Preferred:
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint.
• Experience with AI-driven ad platforms.
