Job Summary: As a growing firm, we are now seeking a proactive, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketer to elevate our online presence and drive performance across digital channels. You will be instrumental in shaping how our campaigns are seen, shared, and experienced online.

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketer, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and internal initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative input, and technical fluency to engage multiple audience segments and deliver measurable results. You will work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and account leads to bring campaigns to life.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with project goals and target audiences.
  • Manage and grow social media presence: content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
  • Design, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns (social ads, search, display), with a focus on ROI and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to manage website content, landing pages, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate campaign reports, and use data insights to improve performance.
  • Contribute to content creation (including email campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, and short-form videos).
  • Ensure tone, messaging, and visuals are consistent across digital channels while adapting for diverse audiences.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools—and proactively suggest innovations that align with agency goals.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing—preferably in an agency, nonprofit, or fast-paced communications environment.
  • Proven experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and juggle competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable using CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or MailerLite.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut) are a strong advantage.
  • Clear communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for impact-driven digital storytelling.
