Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Design: Create high-quality, on-brand digital assets, including logos, icons, social media graphics, and website/mobile app designs.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually engaging designs that support an intuitive and cohesive user experience.
• Prototyping in Figma: Develop and refine prototypes, applying feedback from stakeholders and conducting iterations to align with brand and functional requirements.
• Vector Graphics: Design scalable vector-based assets in tools like Adobe Illustrator, ensuring precision and consistency across various formats and sizes.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring that all visuals align with brand standards and enhance brand storytelling.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align on creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in digital and vector design, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency, tech startup, or similar environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong grasp of vector design principles.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing expertise in logo and icon design, as well as digital and interface design.
• Design Sense: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout for digital platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise, pixel-perfect designs.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects)
• Experience in motion design or animation
