Job Summary

The Digital Asset Lead will own the creation, management, and growth of the organization’s digital footprint and brand visibility. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional with proven experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, digital marketing, and analytics, one who can transform ideas into measurable outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s digital brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the institution’s trade and export development goals.
  • Manage all digital assets including website, social media platforms, email marketing systems, and digital documentation repositories.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (visual, written, and multimedia) that strengthens brand visibility and positions the organization as a leader in export finance.
  • Oversee digital campaigns to promote the organization’s products, services, and impact stories across sectors such as coffee, manufacturing, and petroleum.
  • Ensure all branding materials adhere to corporate identity standards and are consistent across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, business development, HR, and partnerships) to create content that supports their strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (SEO, engagement, reach, conversions) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Lead the design and development of digital publications reports, infographics, newsletters, and investor decks ensuring precision and visual appeal.
  • Drive innovation in digital storytelling, including use of video, motion graphics, and interactive content to communicate complex trade finance topics simply and effectively.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital vendors, and media partners.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. .
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or corporate communications, preferably in financial services, trade, or export-related sectors.
  • Proven track record in building or managing strong brands and digital ecosystems from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction, manage projects end-to-end, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.), social media analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of digital campaign performance, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
