JOB DETAILS:
Digital and PR Marketing Executive will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of KCB Bank’s online marketing efforts. The executive will be tasked to promote the bank’s products and services over different digital channel to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute digital marketing programs such as social media, content marketing and any e-marketing activities.
• Support with and draft social media, developing reactive and proactive organic content plans and implementation
• Collaborate with Internal stakeholders to effectively formulate and deploy content for target audience
• Develop digital engagement programs for effective lead generation and customer relationship management and to track the effectiveness of the programs
• Foster brand presence through social listening, analytics and reputation management
• Evaluate audience research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Identify feature opportunities, understanding the business issues, market trends or product requirements to sell in press features and draft feature length copy as required.
• Produce internal copy for newsletters and staff engagement activities
• Support the team in developing new, innovative ways to target the media, build better relations and hence create competitive edge for the bank
• Assist in the organization of events
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree Holder of Communications, Media, Marketing or any other relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years of practical in-house or agency experience in social media management or digital marketing with a sizable organization.
• Proficient level of copywriting and collateral production knowledge
• A strong knowledge in website management, social media, content creation and brand development
• Creative and business minded
• Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills.
• Excellent communication skills – written, telephone and face to face.
• A willingness to learn and seize opportunities to develop.
• Good presentation skills.
• Understand the basics of all marketing disciplines and where content and social media fits.
