Job purpose
Support the Headteacher in academic and administrative leadership to ensure effective
teaching, learning and school operations.

Key duties

• Supervise and mentor teaching staff.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment and reporting.
• Lead staff development and performance appraisal.
• Enforce school policies and maintain discipline.
• Oversee use of ICT in teaching and administration.
• Assist with exam preparation and school records.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma in Education or Grade III Teaching Certificate.
• Excellent computer skills are mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years teaching experience in a reputable institution.
