Job Summary

The Delivery Rider is responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining excellent customer service and representing the café professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders promptly from the café.
• Deliver orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure food is transported safely to maintain quality.
• Collect payments where applicable and issue receipts.
• Verify delivery addresses before dispatch.
• Maintain communication with the café regarding delivery status.
• Keep delivery records as required.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean and roadworthy.
• Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid riding permit (Class A).
• Proven riding experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Jinja and surrounding areas.
• Excellent time  management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
