Job Overview

Tiny Totos is seeking a Kampala-based Data & Impact Manager to lead efforts in monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement while contributing to strategic decision-making for our operations in Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting systems to measure organizational impact and operational efficiency.
• Support program design and implementation by providing actionable insights through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions for improving childcare services.
• Monitor progress and evaluate the success of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders to foster growth and sustainability.
• Train and mentor team members on data literacy and effective use of analytics tools.
Qualifications and Skills
• Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics).
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in applied data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for social equity, childcare, and community development.
• Must be Ugandan or a resident of Kampala.
