Job Description:

Nexus Prime Recruiters is seeking 2 diligent and detail-oriented Data Entrants to support a client undertaking an MBA research project. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting, entering, and verifying data using tablets over a period of approximately two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect data accurately using a tablet-based data collection tool as per instructions.

- Ensure timely and complete entry of data.

- Verify and validate the collected data for completeness and accuracy.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of data collected.

- Report daily progress to the supervisor or project manager.

- Troubleshoot basic issues with the tablet or data entry software (with support).

- Follow all ethical guidelines and project protocols during data collection.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent; A-Level or Diploma is an added advantage.

- Prior experience in data entry, survey data collection, or research assistance is preferred but not mandatory.

- Basic computer literacy, particularly familiarity with tablet usage and data entry applications.

- Good command of English and/or local language relevant to the data collection area.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Own reliable transportation or ability to travel to assigned data collection sites (if applicable).

- Availability for the full two-week period without interruptions.

- Willingness to comply with all data confidentiality and ethical standards.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
