JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary and Purpose:
As a Data Clerk, your role involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of respective Yalelo Ug ERP data, conducting regular integrity checks, and promptly resolving data issues.

Key Responsibilities
SSOT & DATA QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION
• Ensure All Data is of high Integrity and Availability.
• All Respective ERP Data is entered in SSOT ERP system i.e., D365.

• Ensure all Fish Production Data is entered in Production SSOT i.e., Aqua manager.

• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry, completeness, and adherence to standards in ERP systems (D365, Aqua Manager).
• Conducting data integrity checks, system availability, issue resolution time & training proficiency

DIGITIZATION & PROCESS AUTOMATION
• Identify areas of process improvement through digitization & automation
• Number of Automation and Digitization Solutions Recommended and Implemented

EFFECTIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
• Understand Business Partnership needs, Help formulate Solutions and Conduct necessary knowledge exchange where applicable.
• Maximize data leverage with a focus on operational efficiency.

• Foster highly effective Data and Analytics business partnerships and provide quality data literacy training.

• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Key Qualifications and Work Experience required for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, engineering or any relevant discipline

• Past experience with data entry and monitoring in a fast-paced company
• Desire and willingness to learn new computer programs with speed
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a changing environment

• Ability to respond to different demands with a sense of urgency

Skills and Ability needed for the role:
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Computer skills with strong focus on Excel and Microsoft Power platform
• Proficiency with Aqua Manager program
• Desire and willingness to learn new computer programs with speed
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a changing environment
• Ability to respond to different demands with a sense of urgency
