Job Summary:
The Data Analyst leverages big data, AI, and market intelligence to provide actionable insights that inform real estate investment decisions, pricing strategies, operational efficiency and customer behavior patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze property market trends, customer behavior, and investment performance data.
• Use predictive analytics and AI-driven tools to forecast real estate market shifts, trends, customer segmentation, investment risks and providing insights to support sales and development decisions.

• Handle big data, using tools like Python, R, SQL; and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing insights on pricing, demand patterns, and competitive analysis.

• Monitor economic indicators affecting real estate investments, including inflation, interest rates, and zoning regulations.

• Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to optimize revenue generation and risk mitigation.
• Analyze MLS, CoStar, and IoT-generated data for market trends.
• Understanding of real estate metrics like occupancy rates, ROI, etc., and building
• predictive models for occupancy rates and ROI using Python/R.

• Support development teams with feasibility studies.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Expertise and Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, statistical modeling and real estate analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of real estate finance, property valuation, and investment metrics e.g. KPIs (cap rates, NOI).
• Bachelors in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Preferred:
• Experience with geospatial analysis tools (GIS).
