Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You’ll work across teams, build dashboards, and apply advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and forecasting.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify data needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis (fintech or banking preferred).
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modelling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
