Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making
• Design, implement, and automate data analytics tools and techniques • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
• Interpret results and communicate findings to the Board.
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
