Kyagalanyi produces and exports green Robusta and Arabica (washed and natural) coffee from all major growing areas in Uganda, with the vision of making the coffee business better, together.

To ensure we can deliver on our service level to our global network, we are looking for Fresh  Graduates to fill the following position below

Job Title: Data Analyst

Duty Station: Kisinga, Mbale, Namanve

Job Purpose: 

To ensure timely input and analysis of accurate data obtained from various sources in the AX  Online system for all coffee processed and transported and to Monitor and report data to key staff as required.

Duties and Responsibilities. 

  • Monitor coffee processing at every stage of production
  • Post entries of production and of cherry purchased at the factory
  • To check and ensure that all required documents used from coffee Purchase to dispatch have  accurate and consistent information and ensure that all data is immediately updated on AX online  system
  • Preparation of processing documents and record keeping.
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Support production engineer in the implementation of HACCP procedures

Qualification, Skills, and Experience. 

  • A Diploma in Accounting or Finance related disciplines from a recognized institution
  • A minimum of at least 1-year working experience in accounting and preferably in a manufacturing  organization
  • Knowledge of Computerized accounting systems such as Sun Systems and Inventory, Word, access, excel, and Microsoft Word
