We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Riyadh, seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join their global team. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customers achieve measurable success with the company’s software solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value, resolve issues, and maximize customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, guiding them through onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals and align them with the company’s software solutions.
  • Monitor account health, usage metrics, and proactively address potential risks or churn indicators.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular business reviews, share best practices, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for the customer internally by relaying feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and realize ongoing value from the solution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or software companies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption, reducing churn, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
