Job Description/Requirements

Job responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries: Answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services through phone, email or online chat.
  • Solving complaints and problems: Handling customer complaints, solving service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Recording and tracking: Recording customer interactions, maintaining detailed service records, and tracking the progress of problem resolution.
  • Providing after-sales support: Handling after-sales service requests such as order changes and refunds.
  • Maintaining customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships and improving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Job requirements:

  • Educational background: High school or college degree.
  • Experience requirements: Experience in customer service or similar positions is preferred.
  • Skill requirements: Good communication skills and problem-solving skills, able to handle pressure.
  • Personal qualities: Patience and empathy, able to understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
