We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in the freight forwarding industry. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day customer service operations, providing exceptional support to clients and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, and transportation) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, customs forms, and delivery receipts).
• Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Assist in preparing quotes, managing rates, and tracking shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in the system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Assist in problem-solving and provide solutions for any operational challenges that may arise.
• Monitor and report on performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, operations, or freight forwarding (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and customs regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
