JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and loan application processes efficiently.
  • Explain Mogo’s finance products and loan terms clearly to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution and provide ongoing support.
  • Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in customer support (preferably in financial services, logbook, or consumer loans).
    • Experience in direct sales or loan processing/disbursement.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
    • Emotional intelligence to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
    • Integrity, multitasking ability, and proactive attitude
