Job Summary
The Program Coordinator will plan, implement, and evaluate diverse programs and services at the institute, addressing the needs of children, youth, women, and men to foster skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage preservation. They will ensure these programs uphold principles of humanity and eco-friendly practices while meeting the identified needs of individuals and communities in Uganda.

Job duties
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs and services offered at the institute
- Design programs that address the diverse needs of children, youth, women and men, fostering skills acquisition, entrepreneurship and cultural heritage preservation.
- Ensure that the institutes programs promote principals of humanity and eco-friendly practices while addressing identified needs of individuals and communities in Uganda
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, social sciences or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in curriculum design and management in a nonprofit setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
