The Role
• Seeking a self-driven, target-oriented Credit Officer
• Bridge between Baikal and clients—guiding loan processes, assessing eligibility, and maintaining lending standards

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Marketing
◦ Work with sales team during activations to identify and convert prospects
◦ Provide clear, accurate information about loan products

• • Customer Acquisition & Loan Processing
    ◦ Maintain accurate loan application records using management software
    ◦ Monitor application progress and update clients on delays/issues
    ◦ Collect financial documents and assess creditworthiness
  • Credit Analysis & Decision-Making
    ◦ Analyze financial data and credit scores for eligibility
    ◦ Approve/reject applications per company standards and communicate decisions
  • Loan Disbursement & Client Training
    ◦ Educate clients on loan terms before signing
    ◦ Handle contract signings and oversee asset delivery

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years as a Credit Officer (asset financing experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of loan processes and regulations

Work Conditions
• Full-time, field-based with occasional office work
• May require extended hours during peak disbursement seasons
