Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients before presenting their applications to the Loans Committee.
• Market the organization’s loan products and create awareness within the appropriate target market.
• Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of all loan documents into the system prior to disbursement.
• Monitor clients to ensure timely repayments and maintain the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within operational standards.
• Achieve monthly loan disbursement and collection targets as set by the organization.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support the effective delivery of credit services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance, or a related field.
• Experience in credit operations, client assessment, and loan portfolio management.
• Strong marketing, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on achieving targets.
