Ideal Candidate Profile:
To be considered for the roles, candidates must meet the following qualifications and personal attributes:
1. Educational Qualifications:
o A diploma or a degree in a business-related field, such as education, agriculture, social sciences, or development studies.
2. Relevant Experience:
o Candidates should have experience working in community development, field operations, sales, or SACCOs (Savings and Credit Cooperatives), preferably in the microfinance sector.
3. Personal Attributes:
o High level of integrity is essential in ensuring trustworthiness and professionalism in the execution of job responsibilities.
o The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle riding permit, as this is necessary for fieldwork and traveling to remote areas.
4. Age Requirements:
o Applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 25 years.
