Branch Targets
- Achieve monthly targets in the following KPIs
- Disbursement Target
- Collections Target
- New Customer Targets
- Active Customer Targets
- Adherence to SOPs
- Customer Retention
Other Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Customer service delivery.
- Knowing my customer and due diligence.
- Information desk.
- Administration duties.
Minimum qualification:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree preferably in any business-related field.
Experience:
- Less than 1 year/ No experience.
