About Organisation:

CYK Financial is a tech-enabled microcredit and financial services company based in Kampala, Uganda. Originally incubated as a targeted project under the Ugandan advisory firm Finding XY, the entity operates with a dual focus on niche property financing and gender-inclusive micro-lending.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selling CYK Financial’s rent credit to businesses, individuals, and property owners.
• Work with multipliers, associations and other apex organizations to identify new clients for rent credit.
• Engage and mobilize clients through network events, exhibitions, and workshops.
• Supporting the onboarding of clients and the disbursement of loans ensuring all lending criteria is met.
• Follow-up & recovery of loans.
• Promptly update the CYK financial platform with eligible loan applications and repayments.
• Ensuring proper filing of all Customer KYC documents.
• Contribute positively to performance by continuously achieving all set targets.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

• Commerce, Economics, Microfinance, Development Economics, Development Studies, Business Studies, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, International Business, Financial Services, Business Computing, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, or any other business-related field.
