Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales reps from the field to understand client requirements and preferences for kitchen, closet, and furniture designs.
• Utilise design software, including Sketchup to create detailed and visually appealing design proposals.
• Generate innovative concepts and present them to clients effectively, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
• Ensure that design proposals align with client expectations, budget constraints, and project specifications.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to produce visual assets for advertising campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and package client feedback, including quotations and design presentations, in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist clients at the showroom, providing guidance and information on design options, materials, and product features.
• Collaborate with the production department to oversee the implementation of design work, ensuring adherence to client specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Essential Experience and Skills:
• Proficiency in design software, including Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually stunning concepts and presentations.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design solutions that meet client needs and preferences.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Openness to receiving feedback and willingness to adjust designs accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
