JOB DETAILS:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate boats for feed delivery and staff transport.
2. Perform basic preventative maintenance (cleaning, oil checks, fueling).
3. Monitor lake conditions and report unsafe situations.
4. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
5. Secure boats properly when moored.
6. Report faults promptly and assist in periodic maintenance.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).
• Minimum 2 years of boat driving experience.
• Practical skills (ropework, basic mechanics).
• Swimming and rescue skills.
