Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and cross-functional teams

Drive commercial strategy and service quality across Uganda

Develop and implement efficient sales, HR, and customer service systems

Coordinate international freight and local transit movement

Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance

Represent FIT across agent networks and local partnerships
