Start Date:April 2025 We are seeking an experienced Country Directorto establish and lead Elucid's operations in Uganda. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program implementation, focusing on developing our health programs within agricultural supply chains (focus on: coffee). Strategic Leadership & Program Development:
Lead Elucid's market entry and expansion in Uganda, with focus on coffee supply chains Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with Elucid's mission ofimproving farmer health Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, agribusiness partners, and farmer organizations
Program & Operations Management: ○ Oversee implementation of Elucid's health programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and impact Manage program budgets, financial planning, and reporting Lead localteam recruitment, development, and management Ensure compliance with local regulations and healthcare policies

Partnership & Business Development: ○ Identify and secure strategic partnerships with agribusiness companies, cooperatives, and healthcare providers Drive business developmentinitiatives to expand Elucid's presence in the region Represent Elucid in high-level discussions with partners and atindustry events ○ ○ Role Overview
