JOB SUMMARY

The primary role of the Corporate Sales Executive is to present and promote NFT Consult’s solutions to key decision-makers within targeted accounts, with the goal of growing sales revenue and expanding market penetration. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and closing business deals. As a largely independent field sales role, the ideal candidate should possess a high degree of business maturity and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. Through continuous training, the individual will develop expertise in NFT Consult’s service offerings. Additionally, they will be responsible for understanding clients’ business challenges, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring timely service delivery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

1. Business Development and Sales Growth

  • Drive new business development within medium to large accounts.
  • Proactively identify and target medium to large-sized accounts for strategic business penetration.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute country-specific sales plans to meet and exceed annual revenue objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline that is at least three times the monthly revenue target.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend weekly planning and review sessions with the line manager, reporting on:
    1. Revenue performance against set monthly targets.
    2. Updates on new and existing sales opportunities.
    3. Deals closed and sales conversion rates.
    4. CRM updates and pipeline management.
    5. Report on market intelligence and sales activities.
  • Provide quarterly competitor market intelligence reports to support product/service refinement.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Independently engage with mid-to-senior level executives to generate new business.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and consultations in line with client requirements.
  • Design and implement customized programs and proposals to meet individual client needs.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Attend weekly planning and review sessions with the line manager, reporting on:
    • Revenue performance against set monthly targets.
    • Updates on new and existing sales opportunities.
    • Deals closed and sales conversion rates.
    • CRM updates and pipeline management.
  • Provide quarterly competitor market intelligence reports to support product/service refinement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on the sales CRM.

4. Proposal Development and Deal Closure

  • Develop and oversee the preparation of compelling business proposals.
  • Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Ensure all business deals align with NFT Consult’s pricing, contract terms, and service delivery standards.

5. Performance Metrics and Accountability

  • Clearly understand and execute all agreed Key Performance Indicators and Wildly Important Goals.
  • Regularly track and measure progress toward set objectives.
  • Adapt and refine strategies based on sales performance insights.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in professional services.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management and sales tracking.
    • Excellent business proposal writing skills.
  • Sales and Business Acumen:
    • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
    • Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships with a consultative sales approach.
    • Adept at designing strategic sales plans and executing market penetration strategies.
