JOB DETAILS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Preparation of customer Reports; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Responsible for preparation of invoices and confirmation that all revenue has been collected from all custody clients.
  • Manage risk through monitoring and complying with internal operational procedures and staying abreast of market risk trends.
  • Maintain good relationships with investment managers, administrators, stockbrokers, CDSC, CMA, USE & Registrars as per established Service Level Agreements.
  • Support the Manager Investor Services during unit audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure checking and validation of the units Banking Operations reports daily
  • Facilitate settlement of CDSC transactions for corporate clients.
  • Processing of withdrawal/pension payments for custody clients.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and submission of regulatory returns within the set timelines.
  • Manage safe custody documents.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Academic & Professional

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is required.
• Professional Certifications are an added advantage.
• Master’s degree in a Business-related field is an added advantage.

2. Experience

• A Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience preferably in Custody Service Operations, USE/CDSC Operations, Banking Operations, Relationship and Operations Management, Customer Services and Product Knowledge.
