Job Overview:
The Coordinator will oversee the Medical Laboratory Technology programs, ensuring quality delivery of education and training in line with institutional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the curriculum delivery for Medical Laboratory Technology programs.
• Supervise and support faculty teaching in the program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate practical training sessions and internships.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
