JOB DETAILS:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness, sales and marketing Union’s products to schools, institutions within and the surrounding areas of a particular area per region across the country.

Core responsibilities

• • Marketing of products by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining member’s satisfaction.
  • Recruit new members to get Personal Development loans and Sacco Loans through phone calls, emails, in person contact, networking events, contractors’ meetings, community events and personal gatherings
  • Carry on field assessments and ensure proper appraisal of credit applications and support documents.
  • Review marketing sales performance and work towards monthly or weekly targets.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Academic qualifications : A-Level certificate  and Diploma in any business field
• Age limit : 18 years to 25 years
• Good knowledge and marketing experience on credit and cooperatives will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills and analytical skills
• Ability to withstand pressures and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
•  Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and collections is an added advantage
• Ability to develop and implement credit policies and procedures
