• Minimum Qualifications:
o UCE Certificate.
o Experience in preparing meals in a school setting is required.

• Responsibilities:
o Prepare and serve nutritious, balanced meals for students and staff.
o Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

o Monitor food supplies, ensure proper storage, and avoid wastage.

o Follow food safety and health standards during food preparation.
o Assist in planning school meal menus based on dietary needs and preferences.
