JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Act as a point of contact as Contracts Management Lead for the Project.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Formulate agreements for Subcontractors and /or Suppliers
• Negotiating and executing contracts covering a range of commissioning needs
• Building and maintaining solid working relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Developing processes to manage key milestones within each contract, including renewals, termination and key deliverables
• Designing policies and the overarching commissioning strategy for Redfern County Healthcare
• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are up to speed with contract milestones and deliverables
• Collaborating closely with other teams within the organisation, including finance, legal and marketing
• Developing regular reports on the status of all contracts for senior management
• Contract administration including review and monitoring of correspondence, payments, Request for Inspection, Technical Queries, etc.
• Liaise with project risk management functions including timely notifications.
• Support dispute resolution as and when notified including amicable settlement, conciliation, etc.
• Review Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
• Financial and Progress Analysis with the S-Curve Preparation
• Cost planning, control, and management monitoring performance and cost related to contract/project activities and following up.
• Programming of works progress with MS-Project and/ or other software the company might avail and trainee for the purposes.
• Tendering and contracting services.
• Coordinating the team in estimating quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and Labor to monitor the project.
• Analyse and interpret reports on loading, Labor, productivity, quality, materials, and performance.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Diploma in Building Engineering or its equivalent in a related field.
• Advanced MS Projects
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in civil construction or public works.
• Proven ability design and interprete contract terms and conditions
• High level Negotiation skills
• Analysis and Problem-Solving
