JOB DETAILS:
A Content Researcher is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and organizing high-quality, relevant information from credible sources, including websites, social media, news outlets, and industry publications, to support content creation. This role works closely with the clinic team, marketing and sales team to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with audience needs and organisational goals. The position requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Information Gathering:
Scan and explore a wide range of digital and print sources such as websites, social media platforms, newspapers, journals, and industry reports to collect relevant data and insights for content development. - Trend Analysis:
Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify emerging topics and content opportunities that resonate with our target audience. - Data Organisation and Management:
Organise and maintain research data and sources systematically for easy access by designers and other stakeholders. - Fact-Checking and Validation:
Verify the accuracy and credibility of all information before it is used in content to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. - Content Support:
Assist in drafting simple explanations, summaries, or overviews for complex topics as per internal formats and guidelines. - Collaboration:
Work closely with writers, editors, SEO specialists, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to ensure content is well-informed, timely, and optimised for digital platforms. - Reporting:
Prepare reports, briefs, or presentations summarising key findings from research for internal use or strategy discussions. - Compliance and Confidentiality:
Handle confidential information with discretion and comply with company policies regarding data security.

Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or above in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or self taught similar skills
- Proven experience or internship in research, content marketing, journalism, or related roles or ability to learn.
- Excellent internet research skills and familiarity with digital content platforms and databases.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate content relevancy and credibility.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and content management systems (CMS) or ability to learn.
