Job summary
Track full container logistics: confirm loading schedule, cargo details and port arrival date at origin side; monitor real-time container location, coordinate customs clearance at destination port, follow up container pickup time and update all logistics status until unloading finished.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Follow up shipment procedures, confirm exact loading time, detailed cargo information, and estimated arrival date, and record key data, including container number and seal number.
2. Check real-time container location, track the whole transportation progress, and update logistics status promptly.
3. Communicate with relevant parties for customs clearance at the destination port, verify documents, and monitor clearance progress.
4. Confirm container pickup schedule, follow up on container pick-up and unloading process, handle all logistics abnormalities, and update all milestones until shipment is fully unloaded and closed.
