Job Summary:   To provide software and hardware first line support, resolve calls logged and system maintenance in the region to maintain efficient business functions. To log IT production incidents with 2nd line and 3rd line support and follow up with for resolution. To implement software and hardware changes for end-users. The role of officer technical support plays a critical role in ensuring the unit’s technical operations, it mainly focuses on offering first line support, handling initial inquiries and passing on more complex issues to higher level technical. This first line support ensures minimal service downtime, drives efficiency, enhances overall customer experience and satisfaction.

 

The role is crucial in tracking and enabling conformance to operational excellence SLAs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Type of Qualification: Degree
  • Field of Study: Information Technology or University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related subject .
  • Certifications in related IT fields (  AWS, CISCO, CompTIA. Microsoft Certified Professional)
