Windle International Uganda (WIU) is an International Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to providing inclusive, equitable, and quality education for refugees and host communities in 12 refugee settlements across Uganda, including urban Kampala. WIU works with education and other development actors to address the urgent education needs of refugees and persons displaced by conflict in Uganda.
WIU believes that education transforms society and aims to facilitate access to quality education and skills training for refugees and individuals in need of humanitarian assistance. By doing so, we strive to reduce inequality and poverty among refugees, people affected by conflict, and host communities.
With funding from Latter-Day Saint Charities, WIU invites eligible, reputable, and registered construction companies to submit individually sealed technical and financial bids for the activities outlined below:

Interested construction companies are invited to access the complete set of bid documents, including instructions to bidders, bills of quantities, and technical drawings, available on the Windle International Uganda website at https://windleuganda.org. These documents will be accessible from Thursday, 5th December 2024, until Wednesday, 18th December 2024.
The submission deadline is Thursday, 19th December 2024, at 12:00 noon.
