Carlcare is the official after-sales service brand for TECNO, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo and Syinix. Besides, Carlcare also provides professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
The Computer and Phone Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing both laptop computers and mobile phones including screen replacements, battery replacements, and motherboard repairs.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with laptops and phones, including hardware and software problems.
• Component Replacement: Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, and other component repairs.
• Motherboard Repair: May perform motherboard repairs, including chip-level repairs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Data Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer data and files.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of the repair area and equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain repairs, provide
estimates, and address their concerns.

Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in IT and Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Electronics repair: 1 year (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
