• Minimum Qualifications:
o Relevant experience in compound maintenance and design.

• Responsibilities:
o Maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the school compound, including lawns, gardens, and pathways.
o Perform regular landscaping activities such as grass cutting, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining gardens.

o Ensure proper watering, weeding, and care for plants and trees within the school premises.
o Clean and dispose of litter, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.

o Assist in creating and maintaining outdoor areas for students' recreational use.
o Report maintenance issues such as broken pathways, irrigation systems, or drainage problems.
o Support school events by maintaining outdoor spaces and setting up temporary structures as needed.

o Submit certified academic papers, National ID, and relevant experience evidence.
o Attach recommendation letters from two recognizable referees, including one from an LC1 Chairperson for non-teaching roles.
