Completion of Construction Works at Moroto Remand Home-Proc

The Government of Uganda has received financing from JLOS for the completion of Construction works at Moroto Remand Home located at Akwabul Village, Musas Parish, katikekile sub-county.

The Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the proposed Completion of construction works at Moroto Remand Home (hereinafter referred to as "the works")

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development offices and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 0900hrs to 1600 hrs.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in 7 (a) and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be through the bank

Bids must be delivered to the address below in 7(c) on or before, 10:00am. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below in 7(d) at 10:30a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 20,000,000 (Uganda Shillings, Twenty Million, only). Late bids shall be rejected.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
